Guidelines for Presentations
Guidelines for Speakers We remind you to check your presentation at the speaker’s ready room at least two hours prior to the beginning of the session. The computers available at the congress will have Windows XP and Office 2007. If you PowerPoint presentations have videos, please remember to copy the video files (such as mpeg, avi, wmv, etc.) because the ppt format does not include the videos in it. Guidelines for abstracts presenters Free Papers - Mini Orals We remind you to check your presentation at the speaker’s ready room at least two hours prior to the beginning of the session. Presenters of Free Papers will have 7 minutes for presentation followed by 3 minutes for questions. Presenters of Mini-Orals will have 3 minutes for presentation followed by 2 minutes for questions. Poster Presentation
Mounting your Poster • Posters should be mounted with double sided tape. Assistance and material for mounting the posters will be provided by the Congress Secretariat. Removing your Poster • Posters should be removed from 16.30 to 18.30 on the date indicated in your confirmation letter. Instructions for Video presentations Please follow the guidelines below when producing your video.
Speakers Ready Room Located at Rooms Sauce and Lenga, 5th. floor. – Hilton Hotel Presenters are requested to check into the Speakers Ready Room at least 2 hours before their scheduled presentation time. Speakers presenting in the early morning sessions should ensure that they have checked in during the previous day. Opening hours:
